The Team

The team has developed over the years and work extremely well together to meet the needs of each individual clients’ specification to a high standard within budget.

Rob and Tom the Company Directors have been working on projects for over 10 years, after meeting in Berkshire on a development for disability housing for a young man who became a wheelchair user after being injured whilst playing rugby.

ROB

COMPANY DIRECTOR AND HEAD DEVELOPER

Rob has the joint responsibility for managing employment of staff, overseeing the business and its projects, as well as Health and Safety and Quality Control.

Rob began his journey in the building trade at Boston College after leaving school in 1996.

Undertaking an initial apprenticeship with HH Adkins – a large building firm mainly covering industrial building projects involving civil engineering and groundworks gaining a vast amount of experience knowledge and many skills whilst working on projects for large company tenders including Padleys, Adams and Moy Park.

Leaving college with NVQ levels 1,2 & 3 as well as CITY & Guilds Advanced Crafts (arches, detailed panelling, wall herringbone and curved walls).

Rob is qualified in basic setting out drainage and concrete finishing and certified in the use of access platforms.

After 4 years in college and whilst working he undertook evening classes in site management (SC100) which involved advanced setting out, basic quantity surveying and low end CDM (Construction Design Management)

TOM

COMPANY DIRECTOR AND INTERIOR SPECIALIST

Tom is a partner and director with the joint responsibility for managing employment of staff, overseeing the business and its projects, as well as Health and Safety and Quality Control. Tom is NVQ plumbing based and specialises in high end bathroom and wet room designs – Lincolnshire Bathroom & Wetrooms.

Tom takes the lead on internal specifications including joinery, skirting, stairs, doors, kitchens and tiling. He is a great all-rounder with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

ADY

KING OF SKIM – PLASTERING SERVICES

Rob and Ady have been working together since 2005 after becoming friends whilst working on the same project.

He is renowned for his perfection in plastering and rendering and is a real king in his field.

OTHER SKILLED PROFESSIONALS

We also have a great team of subcontractors including electricians, scaffolders, heating engineers, phone line specialists and window fitters completing our professional team.

If however our clients have someone else they would prefer to use for any part of the build we will support liase and work professionally alongside them.
